Perceptual Processing combines two subtests, Visual Discrimination and Perceptual Motor. It assesses her ability to compare shapes visually and reproduce designs which become increasingly more complex. Many longitudinal studies have determined that visual perception tasks and eye-motor coordination have predictive value for later reading achievement. Her score: Above Average 14/16

Auditory Processing portion of the PKSR-II assesses her ability to differentiate between sounds and to remember spoken material. The three dimensions of auditory sequencing, auditory memory, and discrimination have been found to crucial predictors of later reading and spelling achievement. Her score: Average 8/16
